Official Time of Arrival: 3:00 p.m.

Please arrive earlier than 3:00 p.m. to prevent carpool confusion. Avoid the Fitness Center carpool line as buses will unload there.

Estimated Time Of Arrival

It is hard to believe Earthshine 2012 is over! We learned so much about cultural, political and social issues facing Cherokees and Pioneers in 1840. Be sure to ask your child what they thought about before, during and after their Earthshine experience. After stopping for lunch, it looks like we will arrive at Hammond very close to 3:00 pm. I will post a specific time after lunch.

Final Thoughts

Final breakfast!

Our Cherokee tribe decide that we need to see how the pioneers live each day in order to better understand...

Cherokee Life

A.M. Report

We awoke to fog shrouded mountains and a variety of birds as our alarm clocks!! After a hearty breakfast of pancakes, sausage, granola, oatmeal and applesauce the Pioneers and Cherokees are off to learn how each other lives.

Good morning!
